Lauren Berlant, née le 31 octobre 1957 à Philadelphie (États-Unis) et morte le 28 juin 2021 à Chicago[2], est une universitaire et autrice américaine.

Elle fut lauréate de la bourse Guggenheim.

Elle a notamment travaillé sur le concept d'Affect[3].
